I recently visited Billings, Montana… the most breathtaking geography I have seen so far in the U.S. Talk about wide open spaces, hills and valleys. As we drove into Billings from the aiport, I was convinced that the Rift Valley had somehow relocated to Billings, Montana. The aiport is at the top of a hill, Billings is located in a valley below surrounded by hills and more extensive mountain ranges in the distance. They told me I came at a good time–it had been raining all week and everything was lushly verdant. If you should hear that I’ve relocated to Montana, you’ll know why.
